HOLISTIC 1:1 COACHING

Our Journey together begins with a 30 minute consultation call.

You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d like to accomplish. It’s an opportunity to be heard and to get a sense of what it feels like to have additional support in your life. You’ll also learn how to reach those goals by working with me in my 6-month program.

 Get a personalized holistic plan that’s designed for you and your goals

Over the course of 6 months you get:

Two 50 minutes sessions a month 

A plan for reaching your goals 

Homework to complete after each session 

Tools & resources that will support and sustain your transformation 

More than anything I support you through guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable.

As a certified Health Coach, Yoga instructor, Reiki healer, and Physical Education teacher, I combine my education and practices to create a holistic wellness plan that is personalized to my clients. Often, we feel overwhelmed, unheard and discouraged to begin making positive changes in our lives. I’m here to support, listen, and guide you as you learn to create healthy habits from the inside out.
