I’m Kendall, your holistic health coach
I’m here to share my passion for mindful movement and help teach you how to create holistic health habits with mind, body, and soul practices.
I’m based out of Seattle where I was born and raised and have been teaching physical education for the past 10 years.
My philosophy blends mind, body, and spiritual practices such as yoga, reiki, meditation and nutrition to support and empower clients to live their best life inside and out.
